Capture leads with the inquiry form

The inquiry form is a hosted page in your brand where new prospects can tell you about their project. No website needed, nothing to build.

Turn it on#

1. Go to Settings and find the Inquiry form card on the Profile tab.
2. Flip it on, write a headline and a short intro, and save.
3. Copy your form link.

Share it anywhere#

The link works anywhere a link works:

• Your LinkedIn featured section or posts
• Your Instagram or TikTok bio
• Your email signature
• A QR code on a business card

When someone shares the page, the preview shows your logo and pitch, not a generic card.

Or embed it on your website#

Copy the embed code from the same settings card and paste it into any site builder (WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, plain HTML). The form drops its page framing and sits flush inside your site.

What happens with an inquiry#

Every submission becomes a client in the Lead stage, with their message and budget saved in notes. You get an email, and the lead shows under the Leads filter on your Clients page. If the same person writes twice, their new message is added to the existing record instead of creating a duplicate.

From there it is one flow: read the inquiry, start a proposal, win the work.

Spam protection is built in#

The form quietly rejects bots (hidden trap fields and a minimum fill time), caps submissions per day, and the link itself is unguessable. If a link ever leaks somewhere noisy, regenerate it in Settings: the old link dies everywhere, instantly.
