This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to Raoura's website and app.

What we collect

Account information you provide (your name, email, business details, and brand settings). Content you create in the Service (proposals, contracts, invoices, projects, files) and the client details you enter (such as a client's name and email). Payment information is handled by Stripe; we receive limited details (such as status and amounts), not full card numbers. We also collect basic usage and device information to operate and improve the Service.

How we use it

To provide and operate the Service, process your subscription, send the emails you ask us to send to your clients (proposals, invoices, reminders), provide support, keep the Service secure, and improve it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show third-party ads.

Service providers we share with

We use trusted providers to run the Service: Supabase (database and authentication and file storage), Stripe (payments and subscriptions), Resend (sending email), Vercel (hosting), and, when you use the AI features, Anthropic (to generate drafts from the text you submit). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security practices. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Your clients' data

When you enter information about your clients, you are the controller of that data and you are responsible for having the right to use it. We process it on your behalf to provide the Service (for example, to show a client their branded portal).

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing (for example under GDPR or CCPA). Contact us to exercise these rights.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to sign you in and keep the Service working, and basic analytics to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Changes

We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
