Your plan and billing

Raoura has one flat plan: $17 per month, every feature included, no per-client fees, and no markup on the payments your clients make to you.

The free trial#

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with full access and no card required. When it ends, you subscribe to keep using Raoura; your data is safe and waiting, and you pick up right where you left off.

Subscribe#

1. Go to Settings, then the Plan tab.
2. Click Subscribe. You are taken to a secure Stripe checkout to enter your card.

Manage billing#

Settings, then Plan, then Manage billing opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can:

• Update your card or payment method.
• Download receipts and see your billing history.
• Cancel your subscription. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refund policy#

New subscriptions include a 14-day money-back period on your first payment, reduced by the value of any AI credits or paid services you already used. After 14 days you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period; partial months are not refunded. Used AI credits are never refundable. See the Terms for full details.

Deleting your account#

Settings, Account, Danger Zone: type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes your account and all data and cancels any active subscription. It cannot be undone, so export your data first.
