Magic link expired
What to do when a client's link will not open or seems expired.
If a client's link will not open, the fastest fix is almost always sending them a fresh copy of the right link.
For clients: what to try#
- Open the most recent email from your freelancer and use the link there, rather than an old message.
- Copy the full link and paste it into the browser's address bar; email apps sometimes cut long links in half.
- Ask your freelancer to resend the link. There is no account or password on your side, so a working link is all you need.
For freelancers: resend the right link#
- Go to Clients and open the client.
- Copy their portal link from the Client portal card and send it again. The portal is the client's stable home: from it they can reach every proposal, contract, invoice, and project you have shared.
- For a specific item, open that proposal, contract, or invoice and share its own direct link instead.
Before you resend, click Open portal yourself to confirm the page loads and shows what you expect. That separates "bad link" from "bad email delivery" in one step.
If you cannot log in to Raoura itself#
That is a different problem with its own fixes: use Forgot password? on the login page, or Continue with Google if you signed up that way. If you are stuck on an old session, go to raoura.com/logout and log in again.
