A complete proposal you can send after filling in the brackets. Copy the text or download the PDF, then make it yours.
Make it yours before sending
- Replace every [bracket] with the client's real details. Search for "[" to catch them all.
- Set real prices in the investment tiers, and cut to one option if tiers do not fit the job.
- Rewrite "Understanding your goals" in the client's own words from your call. It is the section they read closest.
- Delete anything that does not apply. A shorter, true proposal beats a longer, generic one.

1. Overview
Prepared for [Client Company] by [Your Name], [Date].
Thank you for considering me to manage [Client Company]'s books. This proposal outlines what I will keep in order each month, the reports you will receive, and the investment, so your finances are accurate, current, and ready whenever you need them.
2. Understanding your goals
[Client Company] needs books that are accurate and up to date, so you always know where you stand and tax time is calm, not chaotic.
Today [describe: the books are behind, reconciliations are messy, reports are unclear]. Success means a clean monthly close and reports you actually understand.
3. Proposed approach

- Phase 2, Monthly close. Each month I categorize transactions, reconcile accounts, and close the books to a consistent standard.
- Phase 3, Reporting. I deliver a monthly report pack and flag anything that needs your attention.
