3D visualization proposal template

Thank you for considering me for [Client Company]'s 3D visuals. This proposal covers turning your product into photoreal renders you control completely: any angle, any color, any environment, without reshooting anything, with approvals placed before render time gets expensive.

The visuals must match the physical product faithfully ([materials, finishes, proportions]) and be ready for [launch date / marketplace requirements].

1. Phase 1, Asset intake. You provide [CAD files / the physical product / detailed photos]; I build or prepare the 3D model and confirm dimensions and details against the real thing.
2. Phase 2, Lookdev. I develop materials and lighting and send draft renders for approval. This is the decision point: changes here cost minutes, changes after final rendering cost render time.
3. Phase 3, Final renders. Approved lookdev goes to final quality: [number] renders at [resolution] across the agreed angles, variants, and scenes.
4. Phase 4, Delivery. Files arrive in [PNG with transparent backgrounds / PSD with layers / video formats], named by variant and angle, sized for every agreed platform.
